 Woo eong jo lim (Burdock in sweet soy sauce)

burdock (woo eong) |
3 tbsp
soy sauce |
3 tbsp
sugar |
2 tbsp
vegetable oil |
1/2
tsp pepper |
1/4
tsp sesame seed |
Peel burdock with vegetable
peeler.
Cut into 2 inches length, julienne it.
Put the pan on a medium-high
heat, add oil, soy sauce and sugar, bring to a boil.
When the bubble comes up, add burdock and pepper.
Cook until the moisture absorbed.
Serve with some sesame seed
on top.
