Oh jing oe gook soo (Noodles in spicy anchovy broth with squid)
serves two

 

   2 bunches noodles (so myon)

   1 cup squid, cleaned, sliced

   4 pyo go beo seot (shiitake), halved

   several imitation crap meat

   6 medium shrimps, cleaned

   1/4 cup kimchi, squeezed

   2 green onions

   1/2 onion

   1 tablespoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder)

   1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

   1 teaspoon soy sauce

   10 dried anchovies

   salt

   pepper

In a pot, add 7 cups water and anchovies, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Add kimchi, garlic and chili powder, cook for a minute. Add squid, bring to a boil.
Put noodles, onion, shrimp, mushroom and crap meat, let boil for 4-5 minutes until noodles are done. Season with soy sauce salt and pepper.
