 Oh jing oe gook soo (Noodles in spicy anchovy broth with squid) serves two

cup squid, cleaned, sliced |

medium shrimps, cleaned |

cup kimchi, squeezed |

tablespoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder) |

tablespoon minced garlic |

teaspoon soy sauce |

dried anchovies |

In a pot, add 7 cups water and anchovies,
bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Add kimchi, garlic and chili powder, cook for a minute. Add squid, bring to a boil.
Put noodles, onion, shrimp, mushroom and crap meat, let boil for 4-5 minutes
until noodles are done. Season with soy sauce salt and pepper.
