Oh ee mu chim (Cucumber salad)

  8 oz English cucumber or seedless cucumber

  3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  3 tablespoons sugar

  1 tablespoon soy sauce

  2 teaspoons sesame seeds

  1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

  1/2 teaspoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder)

  1/4 teaspoon salt

Half the cucumber and slice very thinly. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add cucumber, mix. Serve cold.
