English cucumber or seedless cucumber |
3 tablespoons
rice vinegar |
3 tablespoons
sugar |
1 tablespoon
soy sauce |
2 teaspoons
sesame seeds |
1-1/2
teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2
teaspoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder) |
1/4
teaspoon salt |
Half the cucumber and slice
very thinly. Put all ingredients in a bowl,
add cucumber, mix. Serve cold.
