Myeol chi bok eum (Dried anchovy in soy sauce)

  1/2 cup myeol chi (Korean dried anchovy, small)

  4 tbsp vegetable oil

  2 tbsp soy sauce

  1 tbsp water

  2 tbsp sugar

  1/4 tsp pepper

  1/2 tsp sesame seeds

In a frying pan, add oil and fry myeol chi until crispy.
--Don't stir too much.

In a small pan, add soy sauce, water, sugar and pepper. Bring to a boil.
When you see th bubbles coming up, add myeol chi.
Cook until the sauce absorbed.

Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
