 Myeol chi bok eum (Dried anchovy in soy sauce)

cup myeol chi (Korean dried anchovy, small) |
4 tbsp
vegetable oil |
2 tbsp
soy sauce |
1 tbsp
water |
2 tbsp
sugar |
1/4
tsp pepper |
1/2
tsp sesame seeds |
In a frying pan, add oil and
fry myeol chi until crispy.
--Don't stir too much.
In a small pan, add soy sauce,
water, sugar and pepper. Bring to a boil.
When you see th bubbles coming up, add myeol chi.
Cook until the sauce absorbed.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice.
