 Mu woo gook (Beef & radish soup)

cup radish, 1 x 1, 1/4 inch cube |
8 oz
beef, thin julienne |
2 green
onions, 1 inch diagonal cut |
1 tsp
soy sauce |
1 tsp
sesame oil |
1/2
tsp minced garlic |
salt |
pepper |
In a medium pot, saute beef,
radish, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add water, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add garlic, cook for about 15 minutes.
Add green onion, salt and pepper.
