 Moo na mool (Korean radish salad - warm)

oz moo woo (radish), thin julienne |
1 tsp
soy sauce |
1 tsp
salt |
1/2
tsp sugar |
1 tsp
minced garlic |
2 tsp
sesame oil |
1/4
cup water |
Put radish in a pot. Add water.
Mix other ingredients, pour over the radish. Bring to a boil, reduce to
simmer. Cook until radish gets tender about 4-5 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice.
