Moo na mool (Korean radish salad - warm) 

  16 oz moo woo (radish), thin julienne

  1 tsp soy sauce

  1 tsp salt

  1/2 tsp sugar

  1 tsp minced garlic

  2 tsp sesame oil

  1/4 cup water

Put radish in a pot. Add water. Mix other ingredients, pour over the radish.
Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook until radish gets tender about 4-5 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
