go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder) |

onions, cut in a bias |

sae woo jeot (salted shrimp),chopped |

Wash and peel radish. Cut into 1 inch cube.
In a large bowl, add radish
and pour go choo ga roo, mix well.
Add garlic, ginger, salt, sae woo jeot, sugar and sesame seeds, mix with hands.
Put green onions and onion, mix slightly.
Transfer in a air tight container.
Leave on a kitchen counter for over night or a day then to refrigerator.
