Kkaet nip jo lim (Sesame leaf in soy sauce) 

 

  100 jjaet nip (5 bunches)

  1/4 cup soy sauce

  1 teaspoon sugar

  2 teaspoons minced garlic

  1 teaspoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder)

  1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Wash jjaet nip one by one under running water, drain well.

Put in a small pan, add soy sauce, garlic and sugar.
Sprinkle go choo ga roo and sesame seeds on top.

Cook on a high heat, when bubble comes up reduce to low.
Pour sauce on top occasionally.
Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Let cool. Store in a refrigerator.
