 Kam ja jeon (Potato pancake)
3 potatoes |
juice
of 1/2 onion |
2 green
onions, chopped |
carrot,
thin julienne |
1 tbsp
salt |
Use ginger grater, grate potatoes
to a paste. Add onion juice immediately. To this add salt, green onions and carrot and mix well.
In a non-stick pan, make 2-3 inches in diameter pancake.
cool tip !
Potatoes turn brown very quickly. So when you grate potatoes, add onion juice from the start.
This way, you can get the pretty pale yellow pancakes at the end.
Make a pancake 1/3 inch thick.
