Gye ran mal ee (Rolled egg) 

  4 large eggs

  1/2 onion, chopped

  1/4 carrot, chopped

  1 green onion, chopped

  salt

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Add vegetable oil to a non-stick pan on a high heat.
Pour all mixture in. Once the bottom is settled, turn down the heat to medium.
Roll  from the edge in about 2 inches wide and wait for a 20-30 seconds to cook and keep rolling. Turn down to low heat and cook both sides until pressed firm.
Place on a cutting board and let it rest for 1-2 minutes. Cut 3/4 inch wide.
