 Gool bab (Rice with oysters) serves 2

cup rice |

oysters or 12 small ones |
1.2
cup water |
Sauce : 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, green onion
(chopped), sesame seed
Wash oysters in salted
water and drain well.
Wash rice in cold water for 3-4 times.
Put in a rice cooker, add water and cook.
10 minutes before done, add oysters and finish cooking.
Serve with sauce.
