1 can bai-top shell, drained, slice 1/2 inch thick |
5 oz cucumber, half in lengthwise, slice in a bias |
5 oz carrot, slice in a bias |
1/2 onion, slice thinly |
2 green onions, slice in a bias |
sauce : 3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons go choo garoo (Korean chili powder) |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |

Mix sauce ingredients.
Just before serve, add all ingredients, stir well.
