gol baeng ee moo chim (bai-top shell salad)

 

 

 

 1 can bai-top shell, drained, slice 1/2 inch thick

 5 oz cucumber, half in lengthwise, slice in a bias

 5 oz carrot, slice in a bias

 1/2 onion, slice thinly

 2 green onions, slice in a bias

 sauce : 3 tablespoons soy sauce

      3 tablespoons sugar

      3 tablespoons rice vinegar

      2 tablespoons go choo garoo (Korean chili powder)

      2 teaspoons minced garlic

      1 teaspoon sesame seeds

      1/2 teaspoon salt

      1/2 teaspoon pepper

      1 teaspoon sesame oil

 

 

 

Mix sauce ingredients.

Just before serve, add all ingredients, stir well.
