 Ggo ri gom tang (Ox tail soup) serves 4

ox tails |
4 green
onions, 3-chopped, 1-whole |
8 cloves
garlic |
salt
|
pepper |
Put ox tails in a cold water
for an hour. Drain.
Transfer to a big pot. Add water, garlic, pepper and 1 whole green onion.
Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 2-3 hours until tender.
Skim off the fat.
Serve with rice, chopped scallions,
salt and pepper.
