 Ga ji na mool (Eggplant salad)

4 eggplants
(long, thin ones) |
3 tbsp
vegetable oil |
1 tsp
minced garlic |
1 tsp
soy sauce |
1 tsp
sesame oil |
salt |
sesame
seeds |
Cut eggplants into 2-3 inches
length, quarter them.
Put vegetable oil in a wok,
add eggplants, saute until soften. Eggplants soak up a lot of oil while cooking,so put more oil if needed
(or if you don't want to add more oil, add water). Add minced garlic, soy sauce, salt and cook for another minute or so.
Finish with sesame seeds.
cool tip ! If you prefer healthy diet,
steam eggplants then dress with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and salt.
