Here's some of the traditional
desserts that we have for special celebrations or everyday treats. Most of "ddeok(rice cake)" recipe was not written in accurate manner.
In old days they made by hands at home but not any more. Some of them don't
have recipes because they usually made by commercial venders. I'm trying to
make some of them these days. I'll put up recipes as much as possible.
 Ang keum gwa ja, Sang tu gwa ja (Skinned red bean
paste cookies) 
 Bae sook (Cooked Asian pear with peppercorn)
 Wha jeon (Pan fried rice cake with flower)

rice cake with chestnuts and beans) - Simple version
 Ggool ddeok (Honey and sesame stuffed rice cake)
 Yak sik (Steemed sweet rice with sugar, cinnamon,
water chestnuts and pine nuts)
 In jeol mi (Sweet rice flour cake covered with
toasted bean powder)
 Yak gwa & da sik (Fried rice cake dipped in
honey & stamped rice cake)
 Gang jeong (Fried beans or seeds covered with honey
or yeot)
 Moo ji gae ddeok (Rainbow
color rice cake)
 Doo teop ddeok (Round
rice cake with red beans, yuja(citron), chestnuts and dates)
 Si roo ddeok (Rice cake with red beans)
 Nok doo si roo ddeok (Rice cake with red beans)
