  20 2x2 kelp piece

  oil to fry

  sugar

Put oil on a medium heat.
Add one kelp piece, if it expands and the color turns lighter (just before become yellowish green), flip.
Drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar on one side while hot.

The texture should be crispy and not too chewy.
