Bo ri bab (Barley rice)
serves 2

1 cup rice

2 tbsp partially cooked barley*

1.2 cup water for rice

1 cup water for barley

Wash barley, add to a pot with a cup of water, let boil, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes. Drain.
Wash rice in cold water for 3-4 times.
Put in a rice cooker.
Add water and barley, cook.

* Barley takes more time to cook, so precooking is needed.
There are pressed barley and splitted barley that can be cooked with rice.
I usually cook a large amount of barley and freeze. It will be perfect for a month.
